Job Description:
-Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance domain experience
-Minimum 2 years in the IT Industry in the role of Business Analyst or Product expert in Insurance related applications is a MUST
-Business Analysis team management
-The candidate must have at least 3 years of IT Industry exposure to a Geography model in Insurance or in similar roles
-Preparing BRDs, FSDs and co-coordinating for Functional and Non-functional testing for Insurance Delivery projects
-Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.
-Complete understanding of SDLC and able to handle simple-to-complex projects from concept stage to go-live stage.
-Exposure to Global insurance practices
-Analytical and Problem Solving skills
-People management skills
-Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the client’s organization.
-Ability to proactively understand the business pain areas and provide solution proposals to the business from time to time; Ability to convince the client and convert some of the proposals into projects
-Stakeholder management, on-site exposure and Client facing experience is a must
-Certifications from Globally recognized Insurance EducationØ Bodies are highly desirable.
-Good verbal and written and communication is a must
