Job Description:
- Should be a Computer Savvy
- Experience in outbound and inbound calls
- Very good in communication (primarily verbal and written)
- Willing to work in shifts
- Knowledge on ITIL will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Should have worked atleast for a minimum period of 12 months in US technical Support.
- Incident/Issue Management by understanding the problem of Business Users, documenting and delegating/communicating the analyzed report to the support group for implementing the solution.
- Knowledge on MS exchange, Active Directory and MS office would be an added advantage.
