Job Description:
L2 Level Desktop Support
Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
Should be flexible for 24/7 shifts, any project [Voice / Email chat]
3-6 Yrs experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting
Candidates with MCSE or CCNA Certifications will be preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
