- Should involve in SQL Server Database troubleshooting & Maintenance activities
- Basic knowledge in .Net and ASP
- Ensuring data integrity of CRM clients
- Create, resolve and escalate cases relates to Nightly Maintenance Process.
- Generate on demand reports related to client servers
- Trouble shoot data related issues on DMS ( Dealer Management System)
- Third party software up gradations
- Support clients on weekends as well
