Job Description:
Expertise in bidding, writing proposals, handling negotiations and closing web & software development projects in websites like elance, guru, odesk, or equivalent.
• Should have proven track record and should have consistently achieved targets.
• Marketing, Sales and Business Development in Website Development and Website Promotion
• Should have experience on various marketing portals plus work on direct marketing channels.
• Experience in Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.
• Create; improve proposals, sales letter, etc. for improvements in sales.
• Pre sell and post sell activities.
• Internet research about potential outsourcing partners and eventual partnerships.
• Knowledge of web applications like Ecommerce, Real Estate, Social Networking, E-learning, Job sites is desired.

• Preparing Scope of Project (SOP) for submitting proposals.
• Check the status of ongoing projects with the technical team and deliver the finished jobs.

Candidate Profile:
Excellent Oral and Written English communication skills is a must
Familiar in handling inquires for development in OpenSource products, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript, SEO, SEM would be an advantage.
Atleast 3-4 Months of Bidding Experience in any freelancing website like Elance, GURU, ODesk.
Should have knowledge on Business development.
