Job Description:
-Experience in Infrastructure projects
-Devising and Implementing Procedures and standards for Implementation, Problem Solving, System Administration, Performance Management and Disaster Recovery Planning of Unix, NT and Storage Network Infrastructure
-Developing and implementing appropriate technology platforms, determining, monitoring and improving capacity usage, maintaining operating standards, and continually benchmarking all services against industry best practices
-At least 3-4 years of experience in managing Infrastructure projects
-Have undergone Project Management Training or PMI certified
-Provide leadership in planning, execution, performance measurement, technical direction, project coordination, and expectations setting / management for all areas of the operation
-ITIL certified or practiced ITIL processes
-Experience / Exposure in one or more of the following areas:
-Data Center Management
-Service Desk
-Service Management
-Database Administration
-Middleware
-Security Management
-Network – Data / Voice
