Job Description:
Generating business thru bank /agency route .
1. Build up the distribution channel (channel partners / bank partners / direct sales team) at the location.
2. Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability of the business sourced from relevant channels in the location.
3. Manage the partner relation at location level and co-ordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.
Candidate Profile:
These positions are for people who have a sense of excitement and flair for sales, are self propelled, analytical and who thrive in an environment of challenge and competition. The person needs be high on team management skills, negotiation skills, initiative, drive and achievement orientation.
Good communication skills.
