Handling a team of Inbound Call centre agents to deliver process requirements and actively manage floor operations in shifts.
Handling team & delivering performance as per process requirements
Manage floor Operations
Handle escalations from customers
Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills. Ability to speak fluently in English & Hindi&(bengali/Oriya).
Added language knowledge will be an advantage.
Problem solving ability to understand customer issues.
Customer friendly attitude.
Prior experience in telecom would be good. Good typing skills.
Good excel skills & logical ability to understand metrics calculations.
Average English written skills
Behavioral Desire to excel and a learning attitude.
