Job Description:
-Handle daily general administrative activities including office management, vendor management, travel & logistics arrangement and cafeteria management.
-Responsible for office maintenance, fire & security safety, front office and booking & utilization of conference rooms.
-Ongoing tracking and collation of data pertaining to attendance & leaves, meal coupons, etc.
-Update employee records on internal data systems.
-Co-ordinate with bank executive on account opening formalities and other concerns or procedures.
-Procurement of stationery and other items and ensuring minimum fill. Keep records of printing & stationery, inward and outward couriers, pantry consumables, pest control, telephone, mobile, internet connections and bill payments.
-Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
-Coordinate travel & accommodation arrangements, logistics support for clients and/or employee.
-Process of Invoices of Vendors including bill correction.
-Manage and ensure proper functioning of non IT assets (AC, generator, etc.)
-Maintain company asset such as tagging of assets, physical verification.
-Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building.
-Develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
-Develop back-up or alternative systems for common problems such as power shortage.
-Supervise and coordinate work of contract staff. Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follows up on any deficiencies.
-Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities.
-Security – coordinate with the security partner & vendors

-Excellent communication (Written & Oral).
