-Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.
-Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP and H.323
-Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
-Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-Should have good communication skills
-Comfortable to work in rotational shift
-CCVP or CCNA Voice or CCIE Voice is desirable
Qualification: Graduates
