Job Description:
-Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail.
-Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
-Document case information
-Utilize the Phone System.
-Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
-Demonstrate basic technical knowledge.
-Up sell the product plans of the organization.
-Basic knowledge of PCs and Internet
-Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
-Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
-Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
-Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English Communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
-Good listening and responding skills
-Communication Skill: Excellent
Qualification: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E.,BCA
