Alert handling for Windows Server 2003/2008 Servers, HP and IBM Storage Systems Monitoring, Symantec and Microsoft DPM Backup Handling
Candidate Profile:
-Good Communication (Written/Oral) and Presentation Skills.
-Analytical approach to Problem Solving, Incident and Alert Handling.
-Basic knowledge of the Windows 2003/2008 Server Operating system.
-Knowledge of Storage Systems and Backups will be an added advantage.
-Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
-Good judgment, especially when to escalate issues for resolution.
