Senior .NET Developer

Job Description:
-We are conducting the walk-in drive for multiple open position in our company for pune location. Looking forward for artist/designer/ game programmer from gaming or e commerce industry.
-This requirement is with one of our UK based gaming client Lightning fish games.
-The senior programmer for an entire small team working on Wii, 360 and PS3
-Working alongside the Lead Programmer to ensure the schedule is realised and goals are met
-Have proven technical design skills and excellent technical knowledge
-Work with the development team to create the project development plans. Will be partly responsible for the programming schedule
-Will be expected to bring the benefit of experience to the team
-Mentor junior members of staff
-Identify risk areas, resource deficiencies and requirements of the projects
-Assist in preparation of technical concept submission documents for platform holders, such as Sony and Microsoft
-Will be responsible for providing builds at key milestones in a timely fashion
-Will drive the technical design and innovation of new products alongside the CTO and Lead Programmer
-Must be diligent and experienced
-Maintain a professional attitude during all stages of development and have a “project finishing” mindset
-Excel as a team member and strive to maximize team and departmental performance
-Software knowledge :
• C++
• C#
• Actionscript (beneficial)

Skills:
-Candidate should have excellent communication skill and willing to work as a team. This is permanent role based in Pune.
-Experienced senior .Net developer to play a leading role in design and implementation of tools and game code. Joining a team of disciplined and creative developers specialising in motion tracking technology.
-Staff Responsibility : Programming Team
-5+ years designing and building successful products using C#, C++ and winforms
-Strong OOD/OOP skill and experience applying modern design patterns
-Experience with .NET architecture (CLR, and C# programming)
-Solid understand of C++ Object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
-Working knowledge of development tools such as IDE’S, debuggers, profilers and tracing utilities.
-Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills, with a logical and pragmatic attitude
