2-5 yrs of Experience in Coding Process from any reputed Health Care BPO.
Reviewing, organizing, summarizing, and coding patient medical records with the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes
Sorting of Medical records by facility, date, diagnosis, page number, etc
Review of Medical history and capture of all demographics of the patient
Page by page review of all medical records and assign appropriate ICD and CPC codes
