-Requirements Gathering-, Analysis- and Design.
-Creation of Technical Specifications
-Development of new requirements of the Eclipse RCP
-Strong Core java concepts
-Hands on experience in Java applications/Java developments
-Hands on experience in UML Design and OOAD concepts
-Experience in XML and related technologies.
-Experience with Agile programming is an added advantage
-All activities of SDLC phases (Req. Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Reviews etc.)
-Exp in Plugin development and Eclipse is preferred
