-Excellent verbal and written communication and should be flexible with shifts
-Good Knowledge in Operating System, Hardware, Networking, IE, MS Office
-Multitasking and coordination skills
-Well versant with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows)
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
-Communication skills – written and verbal
-Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.
