Job Description:
-The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the consultant in mandate delivery.
-He / she will support in drawing up of the search strategy and identification of prospective candidates for mandated searches.
-Should offer out-of-the-box solutions in supporting the search strategy ,in case of unique and complex mandates.
-Prepare detailed assignment briefs.
-Establish contact with prospective candidates , initiate a preliminary conversation , and get them to the table for consultant level interaction.
-Support candidate profiling and maintain mapping sheets after an interview and assessment by the consultant.
-Develop long lists of potential candidates and search summary reports for presentation to client organization.
-Maintain Transaction MIS
-Track industry development at a global and domestic level, executive movements and lead development of subject matter expertise with regards to specific industry segments.
-Collation of organisation charts and compensation benchmarks across industries.
-Map companies’ to identify best performers through knowledgeable industry sources.
-Develop preparation document for new business development.
-Maintenance and database updation through churning of existing internal data and expansion through proactive networking and voluntary candidate mapping.

-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with senior professionals.
-Should definitely possess the ability to think and ideate , connect with people and appreciate career motivations.
-Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced,demanding work environment.
-Should be an organized worker with high multi tasking capabilities with target /deadline/results orientation and excellent time management skills.
-Must be familiar with using a variety of search engines and other business intelligence management tools.
-High standards of integrity and commitment to work.
