Job Description:
-Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients
-Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
-Document the details of the calls made to payers in VIMS and the client software
-Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes
-To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances
Candidate Profile:
-Candidate Should be good in oral communication
-Candidate should be flexible to work in continuous night shifts
