Requirement 1 :
- Java/J2EE with Spring & Webservices is must.
- Design : Good exposure to Design patterns
- Good practical exposure to EJBs
- SDLC : Good understanding of different phases
Requirement 2 :
- Must be strong & hands on with Spring, Spring MVC, AJAX, JQuery, Jscript & JSTL is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of SQL Queries.
- Strong with Object Oriented Programming & Multithreading concepts.
