Experience in J2EE development
Must have worked in a large scale J2EE enterprise application development
Good understanding of Object oriented design, GOF and J2EE design patterns
Experience in J2EE development frameworks like Struts, Spring , Hibernate and EJB
Experience in using Oracle database for J2EE application development
Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is a plus
Good oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills
