-The candidate should be able to code/develop an application Java/J2EE technology using a design specification
-The candidate MUST have proven hands-on experience in Struts / Spring / Hibernate framework
-Should be strong in Oracle database
-The candidate should be ready to operate out of customer location
-Excellent analytical, communication and customer handling skills is a must
-Translation of system requirements into a design document
-Translation of system design into an application
-Perform coding, unit testing and bug-fixing
-Perform code reviews
-Handle application production support wherever necessary
-Handle enhancements and extensions to existing applications in the specified technology areas
Qualification: Graduates / Post Graduates
