Oracle IAM consultant/developer/implementer

Job Description:
-Solution Design & Development using Oracle Identity management products especially Oracle IdM, Oracle Internet eDirectory
-Evaluation of various IAM products primarily Oracle IDM – a plus
-Integration with applications such as CRM, Websphere, Oracle and Weblogic etc. with Oracle Identity & Access Management products
Managing, Implementation, & Execution of project
-Exposure to NGN security solutions for the areas like Mobile Security, VoIP Security etc. – a plus
-Work with internal/external teams to understand security requirements and deliver against project plans
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones
-Meet challenges with resourcefulness. Generate suggestions for improving security management practices and methodologies

Skills:
-3-4 years experience in Oracle Identity management and/or Access management products, Directory XML, Oracle IDM Adapter Development
-Awareness of various IAM security products, methodologies and processes
-Good team player abilities
-Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and manage consulting project engagements
-Experience in Oracle IdM & AM (Implementation of Oracle products) – a plus
-Exposure to JAVA, J2EE development – a plus
-CISSP/CISA or any other security certification – a plus

Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech

Exp: 2-8yrs
