Job Description:
8 Year and Above :
Experience : Good knowledge of AS/400 ( E2/E3) . Atleast 5-6 years of development experience in RPG and/or SYNON. Experience in leading at team of 5-15 persons. Knowledge of Estimation models and project planning. Good communication and team handling. He should have done design and analysis. Onsite /client communication experience will help. Large to medium development project experience is must. Only Production Support experience will not do. Healthcare domain experience will be added advantage
3-8 Years :
Experience: Good 3 years + experience in RPG and or SYNON. He should have exposure to development projects. He should have experience writing fresh programs in RPG or SYNON. Understanding of SDLC. 100% production support experience will not do atleast 30% year experience should be on development and enhancement projects. He should be ready to learn SYNON ( if do not have SYNON experience ). Good communication skills is a must
ALDON experience will be added advantage. Work experience in large team will be added advantage.
