-Well conversant with Labour Laws.
-Strong knowledge of Industrial relation.
-Maintaining Time office activities
-General Human Resource Activities such as Recruitment, Selection, Performance Management, MIS, etc.
Candidate Profile:
-Should be having experience in Manufacturing/Engineering unit.
-MSW/MPM candidates are preferable.
-Hand on experience of Labour Laws, Industrial relation and time office.
-Should have jeal to perform with excellence.
