-Sourcing right profiles from job portals.
-Discussing job profile with the candidates and scheduling interivews with the Line managers.
-Co-ordinating between candidates and line manager
-Ensuring that the vacant positions are closed within the TAT
-Advise on documents required for offer release
-ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
Candidate Profile:
-Person should have experience in recruitment and if handled volume hiring would be an added advantage.
-Should have experience in hiring entry level sales professionals
-Good communication and convincing skills
-Should have preferably worked on any of the job portals to source profiles
-Headhunting & talent mapping
-Must know the local language
-Should be able to work against targets and deliver
