-Induction to New Joinees includes Joinig formalities
-Handling Statutory
-Handle payroll inputs
-Maintaining & Generating the MIS to track hired & resigned employees on daily with analysis.
-Collecting the Attendance from all the departments and maintaining.
-Preparing & Maintaining of MIS, HR database, Leave and Comp. Off Details.
-Preparing & Maintaining of Payroll process.
-Issuing the LOI, Appointment, Warning and termination letters to candidates & employees.
-Co -ordination with Chennai HR Team
