Job Description:
Recruiting the candidate for Junior,Middle and Higher level position for IT and NON IT clients
Understanding the client’s requirement thoroughly.
Search for the matching the profiles according to the requirements in web portals or in internal database or through Head Hunting.
Screening, short listing & validating resumes as per client requirements.
Convincing the candidates according to the client’s requirement.
Short listing resumes.
Sending shortlist CV to clients.
Co-coordinating directly with the co-ordinator for further process up to selection of the candidate.
Introduction to new employees.
