-Understanding the manpower needs and ensuring accomplishment of the same with the resourcing team
-Sourcing and shortlisting of profiles.
-Administer & evaluation of tests and assignments.
-Conduct Interviews for junior positions
-Interview coordination, follow-up and feedback at junior and mid-level.
-Coordinate and organize campus recruitment activities pan India.
Candidate Profile:
-0 to 6 months of relevant experience in handling end – end recruitment process.
-Good communication skills both written and verbal.
