Internal and External guest management.
To handle complaint & feedback of guests.
To communicate with guests , analyze their feedback and thoroughly monitor all that is required for
their best services
To furnish information to the guests about the Gaming Center.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of
the Gaming Center
Candidate Profile:
Should be Smart , Presentable with Good Communication Skills.
Positive work attitude & team player
Those who are having experience in service industry will be given preference.
