Job Description:
-The Graphics Visualizer will be a member of the Instructional Design and Delivery (IDD) team, based out of Mumbai.
-The role is required for developing e-learning material for onshore clients.
-As a Graphic Visualizer, his/her core role will encompass the following key tasks:
-Work with the content development team to produce instructor-led and web-based (e-learning) training courses.
-Understand requirements and create UI/graphic assets to meet the requirements.
- Support with the development of training collateral from a Graphic Visualizer point of view.
- Develop creative presentations, collages, images, graphical user interfaces, flash movies, icons,
- Screens that become components to customer products.
- Create demonstrations and simulations of software applications/tools.
- Develop graphics and layouts for brochures, banners, training manuals, illustrations and posters.
- Produce accurate and high-quality work.
Candidate Profile:
-Exceptional aesthetic and analytical skills.
-Superior sketching, storyboarding and speaking skills.
-Ability to coordinate with Instructional Designers on content production
-In-depth knowledge and skills in developing Collages, Scenario based animation, Mascots, Intensive GUIs, Logos, Icons, Color Theme, Web and Document Templates
-Advanced knowledge in Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
-Working knowledge of Captivate, Dreamweaver and Lectora
-Ability to edit audio files and integrate audio in a course
-Basic Knowledge of XML tags
-Strong conceptual, layout and typographical skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent time-management and self-management skills
-System and process oriented
-Good organization and administration skills
Attention for detail
-Ability to work in teams; sound inter-personal skills to facilitate team synergy and cohesiveness
-Ability to perform these tasks directly without support from senior or junior members of the team with managerial supervision
