Job Description:
-Responsible for ensuring effective after sales service to our customers.
-Experience in scheduling, managing customer activities related to manpower/Service departmental needs.
-Monitor daily service operations according to customer’s needs & priority.
-Exposure to Genset or Engine Industry with expertise on customized control panel & Genset installation, commissioning & servicing would be an added advantage.
-Planning and supervising the activities of the department/Branch/Dealership
-Effective Communication Skills for better co-ordination with principles, Vendors and customers.
-Managing the responsibility of Dealership Business with the help of Service Manager / Engineers / Technicians.
