Job Description:
-Liaison with the customer IT & business team to understand/finalize requirements and buy-in for the business requirements & solution design
-Act as business analyst
-Requirement alignment with the e2e and component solution design
-Participate/own business requirement, process flows .
-Participate/support Solution Designer for specific proposals and proactive account analysis
-Participate in due diligence with customers, engage technical teams of customers
-Show & tell session with customers and arranging business approval of the solution.
Skills:
-At least 4 years of IT experience, Business analyst exp preferred
-At least 1+ years of experience in OSS/BSS areas any COTS products
-Must have performed customer facing role for at least 1 years
-Experience in at least 1 areas among these domains: CRM, Billing, Service assurance, Service fulfillment, Order management
-OSS/BSS COTS products
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 4+yrs
