Job Description:
- Gathering Business Requirements from the client/Customer
- Preparing FDs(Functional Documents)/Business Documents
- Assist the sales team in product demonstrations (Online as well as on-site) when required in international market across time zones
- Interact with clients to understand and capture their functional and technical requirements
- Prepare industry standard proposals and submit it to customers
- Preparation of presentations with the inclusion of feasibility studies as well as proof of concept delivery
- Investigation, evaluation and identification of key success factors to meet prospects’ needs and assist the sales team converting opportunities into sales
- Investigation, evaluation and identification of key success factors to meet prospects’ needs and assist the sales team converting opportunities into sales
- Work with project team to map existing processes, identify gaps and propose solutions
- Experience in developing business processes and recommending solutions
- Experience in business and systems analysis
- Business requirements gathering and documentation writing experience.
- Experience creating UML Use Case Diagrams
- Experience with Training and Technical writing
