Job Description:
-Interact with the transition team and understand the “As Is” and “To Be” process
-Mentor the team and be responsible for the KT
-Create process flows for the various sub-process so that a repository is created for repeated trainings in the future
-Devise a clear cut tracking mechanism , log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines
-Should be willing to work in shifts
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and people management
-Capability to detect errors at the early stages in the sub process and provide timely solutions to the team
-Ability to interact with Managers/ clients effectively and manage SLA’s
Mandatory Documents: Passport required.
The job profile involves in travelling abroad for a transistion period of 2 to 3 months
Candidate Profile:
-At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Capital markets working in AMC’s broking houses, Registrars/Transfer agents , custodians in the reconciliation side
-Prior Experience working in BPO’s and AMCs managing Hedge funds preferable
-Good domain skills in the reconciliation processes especially pertaining to market value recon, transaction and cost recon
-Should have basic knowledge of Mutual fund industry and the various intermediaries. Hedge fund added advantage
-Experience in preparing operation manuals , BCP documents , facing audit teams, and risk management ,
-Preferable if the candidate has handled a team and managed SLA’s
-Proactive in escalation management with supervisors and clients
