Job Description:
-To handle calls, emails, facsimiles & order exceptions.
-Receive inbound calls and enter details into the entry tool.
-Communicate with respective stakeholders via Fax/Email to collect information or update information
-Examine and correct exceptions
-Retrieve, compile, sort, verify accuracy and enter data from source document into the database according to prescribed standards
-Ensure strict confidentiality of client records
Fixed Shift (6.30 p.m to 3.30 a.m)
Candidate Profile:
-Excellent Communication Skills: Oral & Written
-Basic knowledge of MS Office
-Order taking & effective Data updation skills
-Average typing speed
-Logical reasoning
-An eye for detail
-Good Analytical and Reasoning skills
