Exp: 1-3yrs
Job Description:
-Familiarity with MS-office with good Excel skills.
-Excellent communication skills with neutral accent (Hindi/English)
-Team player
-Process driven & target oriented
-Flair for customer service with ability for sale business/services.
-Smart enough to gauge through customers requirement in short conversation.
-Understanding of basic call center terminologies and KRA’s, such as AHT, Conversion, abandon rate etc.
-Good keyboarding skills: Ability to capture data accurately while on call
-Familiarity with SQL queries is desirable.
-Female candidates will be preferred.
-Should not have changed job more than once in last one year.
-Primarily day shift, but need to be flexible in terms business requirement.
