Job Description:
Document Data Entry as per training and standardization by the company.
Ensure Customer documentation as per SOP (wherever specified and within the legal limits)
Check Documentation Entries for accuracy of input
Seek clarifications, if required, on defined processes
Ensure data quality and accuracy at all times
Contribute towards improvement in current work processes
Update reporting system on “real time” basis.
Escalate non-compliance impacting data accuracy/ productivity
Carry out such other activities as may be delegated by the management
Candidate Profile:
Preferably studied in English medium.
Should be able to comprehend English with average speaking and writing ability.
Data Entry Speed- 30 -40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
