Job Description:
-Responsible for generation of MIS.
-Design and Implement SLA & range of Contact Centre Review Reports
-Co-ordinate with Line Managers for data collation and reporting
-Ad-hoc Analysis from time to time based on management’s requirement
-Managing all MIS activity of the process
-Presentations for Sr. Management
-Ensure Database is updated on timely basis.
-To have clear understanding of the functioning and hierarchy of each department Provide support in Internal audits of Documents and Reference checks
Candidate Profile:
-Excellent advance knowledge of MS Excel (VlookUp, HlookUp, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting)
-Good Communication Skills
-Visual basic coding is a must
