Web Architecture
Job Description:
Hands on with following Web Architecture skills.
-Able to execute independently as well as lead best practices and mentor a team of Web engineers and technical leads:
-Web Architecture – Creation of reference architectures, visualization of architecture models, UML modeling, use of CASE tools like Sparx EA, inputs into Enterprise Architecture deliverables, keen understanding of digital channels, web presentation architecture.
-Web Engineering – Website development using ASP.Net, Silverlight, HTML, CSS, JS, Scripting (ASP, JSP and PHP)
-Lead a UX web engineering team comprising of Web engineers.
-Ensures knowledge management of UID technology assets. Document and update, on a regular basis, repository of knowledge related to User experience, innovation and design.
-Ensures creation, promotion, adoption of UID academy content and system.
-Works closely with Creative team to support Visual design activities from technology perspective.
-Contributes to technical writing.
Strategic and Management Planning
-Ensures UX thought leadership by enabling UX best practices, design patterns, tools and technologies to suit ongoing program requirements and market trends.
-Effectively mobilizes, deploys and optimally utilizes all resources.
-Monitors the progress of projects involving review of all deliverables, slippages, defects, cost etc and takes corrective and preventive measures, if required, to ensure timely project deliveries
-Evolves organizational baselines and ensures effective and timely implementation of the same
-Periodically presents status report on all active projects to the management.
-Identifies creative trends based on critical assessment of the market scenario and implements innovative creative solutions.
-Effectively resolves inter/intra functional issues/conflicts
-Drives intra-functional knowledge sharing
Customer Satisfaction
-Assesses, meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Team Development
-Aligns appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members
-Helps team members in laying down their performance plans and manages/enhances their performance
-Identifies development needs of team members and grooms them to take on additional responsibilities.
-Sets direction and inspires team members.
-Encourages team members to value customers and deliver high quality service
Business Development
-Publish thought leadership papers and presentations around UX creative, trends and market adoption
Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.SC
