- Candidate should be MBA – HR with 0-3 years of experience in HR recruitment
- Should have handled bulk recruitment
- Presentable with good communication skills
- Contractual Job for only Females
- Responsible for End to end recruitment cycle
- Short listing resumes through job portal
- Scheduling interviews for officer / Executives / Sr. positions
- Taking interviews and completing necessary documentation
- Salary Negotiation, offer letter preparation, Follow up with the candidates till joining
- Preparing MIS etc
- Experience holders are Preferred but freshers may also apply
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Females only)
Qualification: MBA HR
