- For all positions, the candidate should be having atleast 13 years of education (10+2+1 or 10+3).
- No Night Shifts for the women. But everybody should be flexible to work in shifts like Girls should be comfortable with shifts between 7A.M and 8P.M & Guys should be comfortable with shifts between 7A.M and 12 Midnight.
- 9 Hours Shifts (8 Hrs Login + 1 Hr Break) and 6 Days a week.
- Telecallers may not have experience in their field. But all other profiles should have atleast 6 months of experience in their respective job roles.
