Job Description:
-Lead and guide team members to finish projects on time, ensuring the required quality
-Work closely with the writers/editors to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and compliance to organizational standards in documentation
-Review content created by writers and help improve the quality of content
-Mentor writers to improve writing skills and train them on writing practices
-Identify focus areas of team members and help them in their overall growth in the organization
-Help improve existing documentation processes, standards, frameworks, and templates
-Interact with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the final deliverables meet client requirements
-Help the leadership team to grow the business
-Launch projects for strategic and major client accounts (with respect to setting up teams, initiating kickoffs, and participating in pre-launch activities)
Job Skills:
-6+ years in the design and development of technical documentation
-Proven experience to lead/manage a diverse and cross-cultural team
-Proven experience in managing projects to successful completion
-Ability to work independently with set deadlines and track multiple projects simultaneously
-Extensive knowledge of structured authoring and modular content development
Exp: 6-10yrs
