Job Description:
- Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening & Short listing ), Scheduling Interviews, Issuing offer letters, joining formalities, carrying out all other routine HR activities in consultation with the immediate supervisor.
- Working on Job Portals
- Understanding and analysis of requirement
- Screening & short listing the resumes, Taking preliminary round of interviews
- Headhunting for critical positions
- Maintenance of HR database
- Making weekly reports
- Design and deliver welfare activities of employees
- Working towards & flexible as per the deadlines
- Other HR activities
Experience: 4 – 8 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA, PGDM
Work Location: Mumbai
