Job Description:
-Work closely with Hiring Managers /Leads to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
-Collaborate with Sr Recruiters to implement creative recruiting techniques to attract qualified professionals
-Adhere to complete recruitment process
-Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
-Solicit and document relevant Tech, PM & HR feedbacks throughout the interview process including the approvals if any. Maintaining the overall database
-Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates
-Coordinating offer closure
-Diligent follow up with candidates for joining
-Maintain individual Reports and MIS tracking
-Interacting with Vendors on need base
Qualification: Any Graduate
