Educational Qualification & Experience:
1. Deputy Director (Programme Division)
(i) Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline i.e. Home Science with specialization in Community Resource Management or Food and Nutrition or Child Development/ Psychology/ Education/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/Statistics.
(ii) Five years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Welfare/ Maternal and Child Health/Designing and Production of Audio-Visual Material for teaching and extension, relevant to the post.
2. Assistant Director
(i) At least second class post-graduate degree in the relevant discipline i.e. Home Science/Child Development/ Psychology/Education/Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/ Statistics; and
(ii) Three years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Development/ Social Welfare.
3. Assistant Administrative Officer
The officers under the Central/State Governments and other recognized Institutions holding analogous posts or officers having experience of work for a period of 5 years in a time scale, the minimum of which is not less than Rs. 5,000 (Pre-revised).
4. Associate Librarian
The candidate should possess (i) Master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences (ii) Recognized degree in Library Science (iii) Three years experience of Library/Documentation work in Government or other reputed organization or recognized diploma in Library Science with about 5 years experience of Library/Documentation work in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 (pre-revised). Desirable: Experience of working in Information / Documentation Centre, with special reference to information storage and Retrieval Systems.
5. Section Officer (Accounts)
The candidate should posses (i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. (ii) Five years experience of handling accounts in Government /Autonomous bodies of which 2 years should be in handling accounts on mercantile system or completion of subordinate accounts service examination with two years experience of handling accounts/ establishment matters.
(iii) Knowledge of Government rules governing finance and establishment matters.
6. Research Assistant
(i) At least second class Master’s degree in relevant discipline i.e. Home Science/Child Development/ Psychology/Education/Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/ Statistics. (ii) Two years experience of Investigation /Tabulation/Analysis of data etc.
7.Stenographer Gr.III
(i) Graduate from a recognized University.
(ii) A speed of 80 w.p.m. in Stenography in English or Hindi
(iii)Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi
(iv) Knowledge of working on computer using MS Office.
8.Lower Division Clerk
(i) 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University
(ii) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter
Or
A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
