Job Description:
-Should understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and work accordingly
-Should meet the productivity targets within the stipulated time.
-Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
-Should have flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
-Should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
-Should be willing to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
-Should show commitment to project and departmental goals.
-Should demonstrate a sound awareness of all relevant regulations.
-Should demonstrate a sound awareness on Operational Guidelines
-Should demonstrate the abilities to solve problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
-Should have a prior experience in Medical billing (Payment posting)
-Good communication skills.
-Should be able to handle independently.
-Should be willing to work in shifts.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG/ Diploma
