Job Description:
-Generating new business through sales activities like bid identification, cold calls, prospecting, and relationship building Marketing & Sales strategy.
-To understand prospects requirement and budget allocation.
-Responsible for revenue generation.
-To meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
-Demonstrated ability to relate well to, and understand the needs and interests of, prospective clients in order to develop relationship.
-Generating business by bringing new IT projects to company.
-Co-Coordinating with IT team and BPO Team.
-Preparing Business proposals and tenders.
-Willing to work in US shifts (EST time).
-Self motivated team player.
-Experience in IT/BPO/LPO/KPO sales and marketing would be preferred.
-Client Interaction and building client base.
-Must possess International experience as BDE.
Work Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Gradute/MBA
Exp: 2+yrs
