Job Description:
-Candidate will be responsible for daily “HANDS-ON” recruiting activities in the entire staffing continuum driving general staffing process systems, sourcing, qualifying, screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations, offers, offer letters, etc.
-Students placement, Handelling drives of Software MNC Companies
-High analytical abilities with strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-Screening resumes, updating the database and short-listing candidates for the preliminary interview.
-Induction, Training & Development, Appraisal, Time Management
-Exit formalities

Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Exp: 1-3yrs
