Job Description:
-1.5 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
-Required recruiting experience in similar industry.
-Should be able to handle volume hiring by using all the available sources effectively.
-Employee referral programs and networking to achieve high quality recruitment results with effective use of agencies or search firms.
-Ability to understand and evaluate the basic qualifications and account for any gaps of in the profiles.
-Excellent interviewing skills to correctly assess candidates.
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
-Good computer skills in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS Systems.
-Hands on experience in MIS on day to day activity.
-Should take initiative & be proactive in targeting the right segment for various requirements.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment vendors that yield success and desired results.
-Coordinate & administer various recruitment test .
-Should be able to do reference checks & background investigations on need basis.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with operations team
Work Location: Chennai
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations
Exp: 1-3yrs
