Job Description: The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Develop the partner channel for home insurance cross- sell at the location.
Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules.
Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate

Exp: 3-5yrs
